If you download a movie and you don’t let anybody know, nothing will happen
You won’t be arrested, you’ll be slapped with a lawsuit by the MPAA or RIAA for $750,000 per infringement. Then you will settle out of court for all that you own and go bankrupt, and the **AAs will use you as an example. The thing is, people don’t get caught often. So if you engage in piracy, there’s a small chance that you will be destroyed. It’s like winning the lottery, only in reverse, and it’s more likely to happen.
The cyber crime division has not decided where p2p clients which mean they require peer to sell it you do download something of privacy as if yet the cyber crime division has not decided where p2p sharing could be considered as piracy but bittorents are p2p clients which mean they require peer to peer to.
