downloading movie through utorrent declines my downloading speed a lot. why is it so?

   i dont think your net speed limit better . when you are downloading with utorrent your limit have been full so your net getting slow

   The settings of your download speed youre using it uses for example in limewire you can say only take 50 of 295mbps youve got dialup speed.
