   A lot of people think that p2p programs have viruses. They do not. What they do have is a lot of fake (dummy) files. Fake files are files pretending to be a song, but are in fact viruses.
   When you do a search for a song, you must have noticed, that there are a lot of those small files, files too small to ba a song. It is therefore very likely, that those small files are the fake files.
   Start your downloads with files larger than 2500/3000kb. Have you anti virus up to date, just in case a virus slips through.
   When that happens you can do a scan preferably in safe mode. More effective.
   It is nsot the fact that it is avi, but how large the file is to download.
   Again do not download files under 2500kb.
