Yes, you can. But I suggest you leave nero alone and try this program, CDBurnerXP:http://www.freesoftwareworkshop.com/cdburnerxp-pro/. It’s easier to use than nero.
Anyway, if you want to use nero, go to CD/DVD, new project, Video CD/DVD and select your files.
